“As a practicing physician, it is often difficult to stick to a predictable schedule week to week. Also, having a 1 year old and an athlete wife adds to the inflexibility. However, what has been so good with your app is that you have created both in-gym and at-home routines for me each week that allow me to stay active and adjust workouts to my schedule. Similarly, the refresh of routines every few months keeps things new. I found that when I used to go to the gym, I would often do the same routines each day because I had hardly any time to be creative enough to figure out something different.
